Adam started his own practice, the Texas Spine Care Center in San Antonio, TX after working in a group practice for just one year. He quickly rose to one of the most sought-after doctors in the city and proudly calls San Antonio his home. Adam was named one of the Top Doctors of San Antonio in 2015 and received Texas Super Doctors Rising Star award each year from 2015-2019.

Adam’s career trajectory began with a focus on Health Administration and Policy and then he went on to receive as Masters in Hospital Administration at Trinity University in San Antonio. He quickly realized that his ultimate goal was to become a doctor and he received his Medical Doctorate just four-short years after receiving his Masters. Adam performed his orthopedic residency at the prestigious University of Florida/Shands Hospital System before returning once again to San Antonio to complete his Spine Fellowship from the South Texas Spinal Clinic.

Adam is a sought-after speaker and published researcher. His most recent lecture was a presentation to the Texas Medical Association about the new opioid rules and best practices. He is a proud member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and is the current president of the Texas Orthopaedic Association.
