Friend had me contact them after learning about my chronic pain. I’m a retired LEO and know how much of a pain finding quality care. This is an amazing place to find not only pain management care but real support. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and relaxed atmosphere make it feel like you’re friends.

I did not expect such an amazing pre-op experience. The entire staff was very competent, confident and professional. They were very succinct in their messaging and maintained good eye contract throughout my visit. I was very impressed with this team. As a result, my anxieties/fears of undergoing surgery on my spine reduced significantly after meeting with this incredible team.

Absolutely blessed that NuHope San Antonio exists! Desaray has walked alongside of me through my recovery. It is truly a team approach and my healing journey hasn’t been easy but I know I never walked it alone. Better yet I walked stronger because of NuHope. Thank you NuHope!!

Great place for pain management there perspective on dealing with pain is outstanding if you’re wanting to get off the pain meds then this place right here Will put a whole new stand on your pain management

NuHope has been beyond amazing!! I can’t thank the staff enough for their help. I was a wet blanket when I came in after getting off extremely hard medications for the last 15+ years cold turkey!! Ms. Becky immediately helped get me on medications that aren’t killing me and has done more in the last 2 months than all my previous doctors in 15+ years! I truly appreciate NuHope and everything they have done for me and my family thanks them as well.

I had surgery with Dr Bruggeman 3 wks ago and I have to say that it was a very smooth experience. Every person and part of this process has been pleasant and easy to work with. From Kim Ruiz at Dr Bruggeman’s office, Brandon, Jose and Mike at Exact to Jacqui at NuHope. Every part of this process has been so helpful and each person has had a compassionate and understanding way with their patients. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve gotten

Today was my first visit and the PA Becky and the whole staff were wonderful! I actually feel hopeful for the first time in a long time. Becky actually took the time to listen to me, explain the process, and answer all my questions. I’m so grateful.

When arriving I noticed that the appearance was very homey. All personnel and staff are very friendly. Did not have to wait for appointment. Very thorough and evaluations of meds pain and what to expect.

Great patient experience for post-operative pain management. My take away was that NuHope values and invests in high quality individuals/providers with good clinic process flow. Providers were not only competent, but kind and empathetic. I wholeheartedly recommend NuHope for post-op pain management.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever been to. They make you feel like you’re more than just a patient. It’s like family here I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else dealing with my chronic pain and then illnesses. Nu Hope truly is the best!

Everyone there is so nice and understanding. I’ve never been to a place like that where I just love everyone there, from the doctors, to the therapist, to the front desk people, to the physical therapy department. They are so flexible there. You just can’t go wrong if you become a patient there.

This place is absolutely amazing; highly recommended.
They make your pain level less in a tremendous amount; I am completely off pain medication now because of them. Jessica (their counselor ) is wonderful; she helped me so much with my anxiety and pain too. This is definitely the right place if your doctor send you there.

I have really enjoyed going to Nuhope. The counseling services have helped me look at my pain in a different light and to take new steps in managing it every day. The medical staff has been attentive to my concerns and educated me to better understand the surgery that I had.

From the first moment I crossed the threshold into the NuHope Facility, I was greeted by two very awesome people, Corey and Kasey. They did everything within their power to make me feel welcome. Being the first line of defense is never easy, but they have it down to a science. I was then directed to see Ron who set me down in his office to give me the lay out of the program that I was about to enter. He is very pleasant, funny and knows his business and knows exactly what the program is designed to do to ensure they have a very high success rate for all who enter…

They take very good care of me every time I go in there.. They have gotten me the things I needed to get through until I can get my surgery.

I decided to give a second chance to the place, and I’m truly glad I did. The experience was totally different, and very pleasant. Everyone followed safety protocol. The attentions exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. High quality service and very professional. Nurse Practitioner Ivonne Paredes, her staff and Jessica (Counselor) are truly a blessing on this difficult journey of pain that I’m going through. Looking forward my next meeting with them. I truly felt welcome.
