Carrie Spencer was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University School of Nursing. Carrie’s clinical nursing experience began in 2005 in the Surgical Trauma ICU at University Hospital in San Antonio and later led to roles in orthopedics and spine surgery for The San Antonio Orthopedic Group and South Texas Spine and Surgical Hospital. Prior to joining our practice, Carrie was the Director of Surgical Services overseeing clinical operations for multiple departments at South Texas Spine and Surgical Hospital and Outpatient Surgery Center. Carrie oversees clinical operations at NuHope Recovery and The PREOP Center San Antonio and Carrollton.
